Had so many wonderful talks with people this weekend at my art fair. One person told me about his daughter living with Cistic Fibrosis and all she had been through, and despite it all, her heart remained devoted to God and all He had given her, including the body that held her disease.
This man was drawn to my booth because of my book Painting the Psalms, because he, too, had a love for the emotions in that book of the Bible. No matter what you are going through (pain, joy, confusion) you can find something in those Psalms you can relate to.
In Painting the Psalms, I wanted to offer people a different way to view and enjoy that part of the Bible so the book is part devotional, part art book. (You know art means love for me!)
