Got some beautiful flowers this week from my hubs, and it made me think of a favorite quote of mine.
“Just living is not enough… One must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.”

I think about this quote often, and have painted it on a few things as well. I love the fact that he has combined the vastness of sunshine and freedom with “a little flower.” It reminds me that there are large, important things in life, and then there are the small, simple ones. Each make this life worthwhile.
