The next time someone is trying to put you down, and make you feel bad about yourself, repeat these words to yourself. Don’t bother saying them aloud, just to yourself:
You can’t intimate me.
I am strong.
I remain unbroken, no matter what you do or say.
God loves me.
He loves me.
Meditate on this, even during times when someone is trying to bully you, gossip about you, or bring you down.
Don’t yell and scream at the person who is trying to hurt you. Don’t try to “get back” at them. Remember these words, and move on. Simply move on and do what you were put on this earth to do. Remember that when people are laughing at you behind your back, you must be ahead of them. So keep going.
