New original for sale: Inspired by my favorite photograph of my grandma. In the photo, she is outside on the farm, digging in the dirt. She enjoyed work and taught me that no matter what you did, from cleaning your bathroom to making a meal for your family to (yes!) even painting a picture, you should be happy to receive the blessing of work. She was an immigrant, farmer, cook, wife, mother, and incredible inspiration to me. *** The image was made using links, acrylics, oil sticks, lace, and paper. Words from Psalm 90, verses 16-17 are also included: “Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.” *** *16×20 on canvas, framed in a large silvery gold frame. Wire hanger on the back for easy hanging.
