*Vibrant flowers surround a woman who walks along the path of grace. The words on her dress are from an original poem that says: “She planted her sadness in the field of her faith, so God could water each dreary thought with His love and transform it into hope.”

This poem is also in my book, Belonging.

*24×28 on gallery wrapped canvas. Sides painted black. Wire hanger on the back for easy hanging.

*This piece was created using oil sticks, inks, and other ephemera for a stunning mixed media effect.
