Are you someone that doubts yourself a lot? I sure am! Recently a friend gave me a bookmark with several helpful Bible verses on it, and this one from 1 Corinthians 6:17 stands out for me:
“But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him.”
This powerful spirit that God gives us gets forgotten during times when we are afraid and we doubt. His strength, the kind that created all the universe and knows each of us individually, is inside of us. When I think of that, I am amazed at this gift I too often forget.
