Do you have a “go-to” verse from the Bible that you reflect on often? I’m a fan of 2:Corinthians 5:7: “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
This verse helps me when I’m sad and confused, joyous and grateful, or like now, patiently waiting for where life will take us next. We’re selling our house, getting ready to relocate, and even though we’re not moving so far away, it will be a change. Often, it’s the times leading up to the change that are the most stressful. That’s certainly the case now, as I adjust to house showings and dropping everything at a moment’s notice. But even so, I’m patiently waiting for God, and I go back to this passage again and again.
