Quiet Confidence – My Instagram Round Up

Every Instagram round up I do seems to have a theme of sorts. When I looked back over the last few I did they were all about quiet confidence. What I mean is that they were about just being still, letting God do whatever it is he is doing currently in your life, and being confident that things will work out as they should.

Now, posting this type of encouragement doesn’t always mean I feel it myself! It is an absolute challenge to allow this to happen. There are times where we feel like we need to do more, pray more, talk to people more, get more done… and then there are times when doing more is our instinct but we need to listen to what God is saying. Very often (in my life, at least) he says, “Slow down. Just. STOP. I got this. Things are happening. Be patient.”

Don’t you hate being patient? I don’t like waiting or not knowing what will happen next, and yet, that is exactly how life is.

Doing a photo shoot today for some of the originals I’ll be putting up for sale, and look who kept getting in my shot. ?
