It’s not just you, Cherie. I have a goofy pop-up turkey placecard design that I re-use every few years. There’s something about turkeys. They’re just goofy, at least when their farm raised.
My hubby used to litigate insurance claims. There was a turkey farm in our area. Whenever there was a heavy rain, they would send an insurance adjustor out to measure the depth of the dead turkey piles (I know, poor things) to assess the claim. When it rains, the turkeys just stare up like, “What’s going on?” and drown. True story.
